If you work in travel, relocation or hospitality, you already meet them: the couple who have been coming to the Algarve for ten years and keep asking about prices, the guest who wants to know which neighbourhood is good for schools, the client who is "thinking about Portugal". You are often the first person they ask.
GetCasa's partner programme lets you turn that conversation into a referral fee, without selling anything and without changing what you do. You introduce someone who is thinking of buying a home in Portugal, we look after the purchase from start to finish, and you are paid when it completes. This page explains who it is for, how it works and exactly what the terms are.

Who the programme is for
The programme is open to travel agents, transfer companies, hotels and guesthouses, tourism operators, relocation consultants, creators, past clients and anyone with an international audience, anywhere in the world. It works especially well for people who meet visitors at the moment they are falling for Portugal:
- Travel and tour operators whose guests come back year after year and start asking what a flat would cost.
- Hotels, guesthouses and holiday lets with long-stay guests on a "scouting trip" before a move.
- Airport and private transfer companies, who hear people's plans on the drive in.
- Relocation, school and visa consultants whose clients need somewhere to live once the paperwork is done.
- Creators and community organisers with an audience of people interested in moving to or retiring in Portugal.
Our clients come mainly from the UK and the US, but anyone from abroad who is thinking of buying a home in Portugal is welcome: to live in, to retire to, as a holiday home or as an investment. We are especially useful to people who want to buy safely from a distance, or who need a mortgage in Portugal using income they earn abroad.
How it works
- Get your link. Enter your details and get a personal link and QR code straight away. No password, no waiting. A quick identity check on your phone follows, so we can approve you and pay the right person.
- Share it. Send it on WhatsApp or email, print your poster with your own QR code, share it on social media, or introduce a client by name if they prefer.
- We take it from there. The client books a free discovery call and GetCasa guides them from tax number and bank account to the survey, the lawyer and completion.
- Follow their progress. Your dashboard shows where each client you introduced is in the journey, by first name only, to protect their privacy, and you receive your introduction fee when the purchase completes.
If someone you refer books later, it still counts. Your link remembers them for 6 months on the phone or computer they used, and the booking form asks how they heard about us. Once they book their free call, they stay linked to you for good, however long the purchase takes. If you introduce someone by name, they are yours from that day. If two partners introduce the same person, the first one recorded counts.

You receive €1,000 per client, VAT included, paid once their purchase completes and the client has paid GetCasa in full. Property purchases take time, often several months, and nothing is due if they do not buy.
The fee is paid by bank transfer in euros, to an account in your own name or your company's, against a simple invoice: when a fee is due, we show you exactly what to send, step by step, wherever you live. Where the law requires, tax is withheld and paid to the tax authority on your behalf. Declaring the fee in your own country is your responsibility.
The introduction fee is a referral fee, not a commission. Amounts may change for future introductions, with notice.
Recruiting other partners
Know other businesses who would benefit? Partners can recruit other partners with their own recruit link. For every client introduced by a partner you recruited who buys, you receive a €250 recruiter bonus on top, while the partner you recruited still receives their full €1,000. One level only, paid while both accounts are active. Nothing is paid for sign-ups themselves, only for completed purchases.

What the person you recommend gets
It is not only about the fee. When you recommend GetCasa to a friend, a relative or a client, you are giving them a safer, simpler way to buy a home in Portugal, often without flying back and forth.
- Licensed and accountable. GetCasa is a licensed property buying service in Portugal (AMI 24277), which anyone can check on the IMPIC website.
- One team for the whole purchase. Their Portuguese tax number (NIF), a Portuguese bank account, a mortgage using income earned abroad, a regulated lawyer for the purchase and an independent inspection of the property, all arranged and coordinated for them.
- Safe from a distance. We look at the property and the paperwork before they commit, so they can buy from wherever they live, without costly surprises.
- With them from the search to the keys. One point of contact who explains each step in plain English, with no pressure. The first call is free and without obligation.
That is also good for your name. You are recommending a careful, licensed service, so the people you refer come back to thank you. You see your client's first name and progress only, never their details, documents or the price.
A few simple rules
- Present yourself as an independent referrer, not as GetCasa or as an estate agent.
- Use your own link and our materials. Your dashboard has ready-made messages and, once you are approved, printable posters in English and Portuguese with your own QR code.
- Do not quote prices or give legal or tax advice. Leave that to us and the client's lawyer.
- Make sure the person agreed to be contacted. When you introduce someone by name, you confirm they agreed, and we tell them who recommended us.
- Label paid posts. If you are paid to recommend us online, label the post as advertising.
To approve your account we ask for a quick identity check on your phone: a photo of your ID document (front and back) and, for a company, its registration. We ask so we pay the right person, and only GetCasa sees it. We usually approve within two working days. Payment details are asked only when a fee is due.

We hold the estate agency licence (AMI 24277) and look after your client from the first call to the keys: their NIF, a Portuguese bank account, financing, the search and viewings, an independent survey and a regulated lawyer. You follow their progress in your dashboard, by first name only, and we pay your fee when the purchase completes.
